Description
Plot Summary
Dai Rui (played by Keanu Reeves) was originally a promising young man with a bright future ahead. However, later on, drug traffickers and violent groups invaded his community, causing harm to countless young people. So he launched a secret organization - the Justice Brotherhood - and decided to use violence to combat violence, personally eradicating the cancer in the community.
