Plot Summary

In the mid-21st century, due to the greenhouse effect, polar glaciers melted and many cities on Earth were submerged. At this time, human technology has been highly developed, and artificial intelligence robots are one of the technological means invented by humans to cope with harsh natural environments. Moreover, robot manufacturing technology has been highly developed, and advanced robots not only have a realistic human appearance, but also can perceive their own existence. Monica's son Martin is seriously ill and hospitalized, with his life on the brink of death.
