Plot Summary

The film is adapted from real events that occurred during the reign of King Louis XV of France. In the mid-1860s, during the reign of Louis XV of France, a ferocious giant wolf posed a constant threat to the region of Givauguin, with many victims being women and children. For a moment, the whole of France was shocked by the shocking bloody killings, and no one knew the true appearance of the ferocious beast. Some people were rumored to be the embodiment of the devil. In order to stabilize the people's hearts, Louis XV assigned the royal knight Francois (played by Samuel Le Bihan) to hunt and kill monsters.
