Plot Summary

In the dimly lit and cold interrogation room, private detective Ned Cruz (played by Antonio Banderas), covered in wounds, is being brutally questioned by three Los Angeles police officers, including Polly (played by William Fichtner). He was accused of causing death by hitting someone, and under the coercion of his fists and feet, Ned slowly recounted his experiences of the past few days. He first told the story of the murder caused by the popular idol celebrity's homosexual scandal, which marked the beginning of the entire story. Subsequently, on that damp and mysterious night, Ned met Anton Protov (played by Robert Maillet), a former boxer from Russia with a huge figure and fierce appearance. Anton hires Ned to search for a missing stripper, and all of this seems to be closely related to the Russian mafia behind Anton. Soon after, Anton died tragically, while Ned continued to search for the whereabouts of the dancer. During this process, people who had been questioned by him kept dying.
