Plot Summary

Colin Clark (played by Eddie Redmayne), a young British man who has just entered society, disregarded his family's opposition and devoted himself wholeheartedly to his beloved film career, hoping to make a name for himself. The first opportunity he got to join the group, despite his diligence, was to serve as the third assistant director for his idol Lawrence Oliver (Kenneth Branagh), who directed and starred in the new film "Dragon and Phoenix". This movie invited the globally popular American actress Marilyn Monroe (played by Michelle Williams) to star, and Colin's job was to coordinate the various tasks of the crew. After filming began, there was a fierce conflict between Marilyn Monroe and Lawrence Oliver due to different performance methods, resulting in the crew's progress falling far behind expectations. Colin was responsible for mediation, and he began to contact Monroe frequently. Unconsciously, Colin found himself deeply attracted to Marilyn Monroe's charm... Michelle Williams won the 2012 Golden Globe Award for Best Actress (Comedy/Music) for this film.
