Plot Summary

A major event concerning national security occurred in Kyoto, shrouded in thin mist. A suspicious vessel suspected of carrying explosives approached Wuhe Bay. Through the investigation of relevant data and components on board, it is highly likely that the ship is from overseas. As soon as this news came out, it immediately caused panic throughout Japan.
