Plot Summary

On the bustling streets of Hong Kong, a payment vehicle was hijacked by a notorious criminal named Cao Nan (played by Hu Jun). Senior Inspector of the Serious Crime Unit, Lu Mingzhe (played by Andy Lau), led his team to the scene and engaged in a fierce battle with Cao Nan and his group. Unexpectedly, at the critical moment, a sudden appearance of a car disrupted the battle situation. Cao Nan took the opportunity to escape, while the owner of the car, Tao Chengbang (played by Lin Jiadong), was called into the police station by the police. Tao and Mingzhe were old classmates who later became gangsters and roamed the rivers and lakes. He had just been released from prison shortly before the incident.
