Plot Summary

Under the cover of night, Tokyo's neon lights twinkle, and in an inconspicuous corner of the city, a heartwarming late night cafeteria quietly opens. The seductive Yukiko Kawashima (played by Hayaki Takaoka) looks dejected. Her supporter passed away not long ago, but did not leave her any inheritance. In the midst of despair and helplessness, the unremarkable office worker Xiaochu (played by Kazuo Miyamoto) enters Yuki's field of vision, and their relationship quickly narrows. A rural girl named Michiko Kuriyama (played by Yukiko Watanabe) comes to Tokyo alone.
