Description
Plot Summary
The only cinema by the seaside in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, has closed. On a stormy night of closure, a special edition of Japanese war movies was screened overnight. Three young people who were watching the movie were surrounded by lightning that suddenly attacked the cinema, and they traveled through time and space to enter the world depicted in the movie. The Edo period, the end of the Edo period, the Boshin War, the Pacific War... The three gradually discovered that they were exploring the world of war movies on the silver screen. With the changes in war history, film technology has evolved from black and white silent films to sound and color films. The stage has shifted to Hiroshima on the eve of the atomic bomb explosion. Can the three young people save the mobile theater troupe they encountered and change their fate?
