Plot Summary

27 years ago, Mumbai was plagued by drug abuse, with drug dealer Harry Chopra even setting fire to 17 police officers in Borivari, causing a sharp decline in the status of the police. In order to revive the image of the police, the central government appointed Adiya Arusalan, who is highly capable and irritable, as the Mumbai Police Commissioner. After Adiya took office, he dealt a heavy blow to the police force, cracking down on black and evil forces and trafficking of women and children. After arresting the actual drug controller and the son of Mumbai tycoon Vinod Mahola, the tycoon bribed others and was convicted in prison. Adiya tricked the Thai police into arresting the son of a vendor and forcing the vendor to kill him. In fact, the son is not Vinod's biological son, but the son of drug dealer Harry.
