Plot Summary
Martha married into a village that was inhabited by religious Hittites who were filled with rejection towards Martha, a non believer. She invited her two female friends from Los Angeles to come on vacation and accompany her due to a major grief event, but all three of them became targets of murder The arrival of the devil caused gusts of chilly winds in the village, chilling and piercing This film can be considered a religious horror film, implying the psychological fear of cults towards people (it is said to be Wes Craven's semi autobiographical film). Deadly Blessing is an early work by American horror film director Wes Craven. It was released in 1981, following "Murder knows no sides" and "There are eyes across the mountain".
