Description
Plot Summary
Ricky (played by Meryl Streep) abandoned his family and went to California to pursue his dream of developing a rock singing career when he was young. Years later, the eldest daughter Julie (Mamie Gummer) experiences a marital crisis, and the second son Joshua (Sebastian Stan) is about to get married again. At the invitation of her ex husband, Ricky finally returns home. At this moment, she realizes that she wants to be a good mother again... Faced once again with the choice between her dream and family, can Ricky rebuild the distant parent-child relationship?
