Plot Summary

A transnational case has stumped the Hong Kong police. During a high-level secret meeting, Detective Cao (played by Cao Defa) accepts the suggestion of his subordinates and decides to send non police personnel to steal precious diamonds from Japanese mafia criminals. As usual, he found his old partner from Wufu Star, but in the end, only Zhegucai (played by Sammo Hung) agreed to take over. After some screening, they found four out of tune police officers from within the police station, namely: Dog King Lun (played by Alan Tam), Fat Panther (played by Zheng Zeshi), Rambo (played by Andy Lau), Band Friend (played by Chen You), and Li Health Care (played by Lou Nanguang). These people's humor and offline skills are not inferior to those of the Five Lucky Stars, and they make more jokes. In order to train them in a short period of time, Detective Cao also specially sent a sexy and charming female police officer with unique skills, Yipin Xiang, as a coach.
