Plot Summary

This is adapted from the sensational Wang Dehui kidnapping case in Hong Kong back then. Hong Kong tycoon Huang Yifei (played by Luo Jiaying) has been kidnapped again since his last safe return! The senior management of the police department is highly concerned about this case, and the information in this case is even considered highly confidential. The young and promising Chen Bang Ban (played by Jackie Chan) is responsible for investigating this case.
