Plot Summary

In the midst of a storm in Atlanta, a boxing match is being prepared to take place in the gym. Local detective Rick (played by Nicolas Cage) not only extorts gamblers but also cheers on veteran boxing champion Taylor. This game also attracted the presence of the Minister of Defense, and Navy Chief Kevin, who served as the Minister's bodyguard, was able to meet his old friend Rick. The two had a great conversation. After the boxing match began, a red haired woman caught Kevin's attention, while another silver haired woman whispered to the minister. As Taylor fell to the ground, the minister was shot and killed on the spot by Kevin. Rick provided advice for Kevin, who was feeling guilty, and caused him to be stranded in the audience of over 10000 people. From the match video, Rick discovered that the boxing match was fake. Using Taylor as a breakthrough point, Rick identified several suspicious individuals behind the scenes and forced the real culprit to come forward and silence his accomplices. At the same time, silver haired woman Julia revealed the truth to Rick. The arms dealer falsified the missile test results for profit and assassinated the minister to prevent the matter from being exposed. Rick decided to take up the responsibility of the police and bring the criminals to justice.
