Description
Plot Summary
In the 1930s in Shanghai, cinematographer Shen Junchu (played by Lai Ming) deeply loved his girlfriend, broadcaster Xu Manli (played by Fan Bingbing), but due to her introverted personality, she was unable to propose to her. In despair, Manli aired a radio drama she had written herself. In the radio drama, photographer Jun Chu regretted missing Manli's marriage request. When he bought a ring to meet Manli, she was hit and killed by a car. Jun Chu has been living in longing for Manli ever since. Afterwards, another woman's wife Sansan (played by Liu Ruoying) appeared, but Jun Chu ignored Sansan. Although San San deeply loves Jun Chu, he cannot make him happy. Until one day, San San saw the lingering Manli and taught her how to approach Jun Chu and make him happy... The radio drama ended, and Jun Chu heard Manli's story and wrote a letter proposing to her. After receiving the letter, Manli rushed to the place where they were dating, which was the intersection of Nanjing Road in the radio drama story
