Description
Plot Summary
Former FBI agent Frankka (Ray Stevenson) embarks on an irreversible path of dark revenge after the gang kills his wife and children. Becoming the hidden 'punisher' in this city has terrified many criminals, and he wears the skull uniform representing the punisher, shuttling through this sinful city. A newly rising gangster named Billy (played by Dominic West) begins to shout at the punisher and also leads the major gangs in the city. After a fierce battle, Billy was ultimately defeated by the punisher's gun. However, several days later, a mysterious man named Mad Jim (played by Doug Hutchison) appeared in the city. Not only did he have the same beliefs as Billy, but his methods were even more outrageous - he not only wanted to unify the gang, but also to kill the gang leaders of other gangs and become the true oligarch boss in the city. He even challenged the punisher to death! The punisher gradually discovered Jim's true identity during the investigation, which surprised him greatly
