Description
Plot Summary
The beautiful girl Mona Gray (played by Jessica Alba) has been connected to numbers since childhood. Her father (played by John Shea), who loves mathematics, leads her into a colorful kingdom of numbers. One day, her father loses his former charm due to a strange illness, and Mona's door to her inner world gradually closes. The mother didn't want her quirky daughter to stay at home, so she took care of herself and helped Mona find a job as a math teacher at a local elementary school. Although lacking relevant certificates and experience, Mona bravely walked into the classroom and became a teacher for a group of third grade children. During this period, she met the lonely little girl Lisa (played by Sophie Nyweide) and the eccentric nature teacher Ben Smith (played by Chris Messsina), which changed Mona's life... This film is Marilyn Agrelo's debut feature film, based on Aimee Bender's novel of the same name.
