Plot Summary

Blue Valentine's Day went through ups and downs in terms of rating, and was ultimately classified as NC-17. After spending six years together, Dean (played by Ryan Gosling) and Cindy (played by Michelle Williams) encountered problems in their marriage. The two wanted to repair their relationship on Valentine's Day and deliberately left their daughter at their father-in-law's house. They also specially found a lover's hotel, hoping to find some new "excitement points" to stimulate their love. But the two of them had a dispute over their future life attitude, and their relationship not only failed to repair but also became increasingly heated. Dean enjoys a simple life with a wife and daughter, but Cindy hopes to start her own career.
