Description
Plot Summary
This film is adapted from the 1998 French film "Le Diner de Cons". Tim Wagner (played by Paul Rudd) attends an event called the "Idiot Feast" in order to please his boss and get promoted smoothly. The goal is to successfully find a perfect companion to go to dinner with, and see whose companion is the idiot among idiots. Tim brought in the seemingly foolish IRS employee Barry (played by Steve Carell) as his companion to run for the title of "Idiot of the Year" in order to amuse the boss. However, little did they expect that something unexpected happened. Although Barry was indeed an idiot, he unexpectedly made Tim's boss look bad, causing quite a stir at this dinner party. How should Tim end it? Who is truly the ultimate idiot?
