Plot Summary

In the dark night, he (played by Ryan Gosling) assists gangsters in robbery and is a transport driver. During the day, he worked as a film stunt driver at his friend Shannon's (Bryan Cranston) dealership. While shopping at the supermarket, he met a mother and son named Irene (played by Carey Mulligan), who had a good impression of each other and spent a pleasant weekend together. However, Eileen's husband Stande has been released from prison, which has cut off their relationship. Although they have a mutual understanding, there is only helplessness left. Shannon recommended him to gang bosses Bernie and Nino. At the same time, he undoubtedly discovered that Stande had been beaten up by someone, and it turned out that the latter owed protection money in prison.
