Description
Plot Summary
Bar security guard Doug Gratt (played by Sean William Scott) is physically strong and has a slightly dull demeanor. During a hockey game, he beat up players who were dissatisfied with the audience's booing. After his feat was captured and announced by a friend, it caught the attention of the public. He joined a local ice hockey team and learned from scratch, playing the role of a thug in the team. After a series of bloody battles, Doug gained popularity. At the coach's request and recommendation, Doug joined the Assassin's team in the minor leagues. The Assassin's team included former ace player Xavier, who had psychological trauma due to injury. Doug's task was to ensure the safety of Xavier and his teammates on the field. Doug met Eva (played by Alison Pill), a girl who loves ice hockey, outside of the game, and awkwardly expressed his admiration to her. On the other hand, ace ice rink hitter Ross is waiting ahead for Doug's challenge
