Plot Summary

Wu Shun (played by Tony Leung Ka fai) and Tuo Shui Long (played by Eric Tsang) were originally good brothers who grew up in a housing estate. However, thirty years ago, Tuo Shui Long, who was in charge of the donations raised by his neighbors, stole on the fundraising night and has been missing ever since. Time flies, and shortly after Wu Shuntuo's family returned to the village as a business bankrupt thirty years later, a water dragon unexpectedly appeared. The two of them reminisced about the past together, filled with emotions, and the resentment in Wu Shun's heart slowly dissipated. Wu Shun treated Ah Long's account of his bizarre experiences over the years as a joke. Su Zhen (played by Yuan Yongyi), who had been childhood sweethearts with Wu Shun, also returned to the village. When their old lover met late at night and was alone naked, she was bumped into by Shun's sister-in-law (played by Wu Junru), causing a misunderstanding. However, the two quickly reconciled and the family got back together as before. Tuoshuilong has launched the "Housing Village Revitalization Plan", which has given the residents of the housing village hope for survival amidst the cracks of large supermarkets and shopping malls. However, just as the neighbors were confidently participating in the revitalization plan, Ah Long disappeared again, and the Enlightenment Group emerged and wanted to drive away the neighbors. What has Ah Long encountered in recent years, can the residents of the housing village overcome the difficulties, will Ah Long appear again, and the answers to all these questions will be presented one by one at the end of this film. This film invites a total of 100 Hong Kong celebrities to join, making it another "gathering number" for Hong Kong stars after "72 Tenants" in 2010.
