Description
Plot Summary
During the Cold War of World War II, the Cuban Crisis escalated tensions between the two major powers of the United States and the Soviet Union, and an event that occurred in May 1968 undoubtedly pushed the crisis to a brink of crisis. Navy captain Dimi (played by Ed Harris), who had just completed a long voyage and was originally planning to retire, was ordered by his superiors to make his final cruise immediately. He needed to pilot the ballistic missile submarine B-67, which was about to be sold to China after retirement. During the voyage, Bruni (played by David Duchovny) from the KGB also accompanied and tested a brand new equipment on the submarine. Dimi originally thought this was just a commemorative trip before retirement, but he didn't know that Bruni and his mysterious "Phantom Plan" tied the fate of submarine officers and soldiers and even the whole world to the front line. When he discovered something suspicious, it seemed too late
