Description
Plot Summary
The film tells the story of Hong Kong police colluding with triads in 1973, embezzling huge profits under the command of the British, and poisoning the citizens. The Governor of Hong Kong established the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), and the first two prosecutors, the Black and White Double Sha (played by Louis Koo and Lam Ka Tung), went through countless hardships to investigate the dual powers of Chief Inspector Xu Le (played by Wu Zhenyu) and the Lame Hero (played by Tony Leung Ka fai), and finally brought them to justice.
