Plot Summary

Lenny (played by Woody Allen) is a sports news reporter, and his second wife Amanda (played by Helena Bonham Carter) is a painter. Amanda wanted a child, so she adopted one despite Lenny's opposition, and Lenny named him Max. Max is very cute and intelligent, thriving under the care of Lenny and Amanda, and has turned 5 years old in the blink of an eye. However, Lenny found that the passion between him and Amanda had dwindled. Strong curiosity drives Lenny to search for Max's true mother.
