Plot Summary
The classic work of Italian westerner Sergio Leone, following his collaboration with Clint Eastwood on the "Redemption Three Series", is considered the greatest westerner in film history. This nearly three hour long masterpiece by Sergio Leone is widely acclaimed. The story tells of a mysterious guest (Charles Bronson) who comes to a small town and is caught up in a land grabbing battle between a widow (Claudia Cardinale) and a railway tycoon. The most interesting character in this film is Henry Fonda, who is known for his righteous image. He rarely plays a cold faced and cruel assassin in this film, with almost no expression from beginning to end, only occasional small movements at the corner of his mouth, which make people shudder When the film was released in the United States, it was edited by the film company due to its excessively long length, resulting in a vague and ambiguous story structure.
