Description
Plot Summary
Retired veteran Uncle Ya (Sun Yue) caused his wife to leave him after picking up an abandoned baby. He relied on scavenging and worked hard as both a father and mother to raise the abandoned baby named Ami (Liu Ruiqi) to adulthood. Because Uncle Ya often plays beautiful music in his ear, Ami has had a special understanding of music since childhood. After graduating from high school, Ami went to a restaurant to work as a singer. With the opportunity to meet a composer named Junmai, her singing skills improved significantly and she was targeted by entertainment company owner Yu Guangtai. In order to improve Uncle Ya's life, Ami was lured by Yu Guangtai to sign a contract to perform in Southeast Asia. She did not want to be controlled by him as a cash cow, and could not withdraw to visit Uncle Ya when he was seriously ill in bed.
