Plot Summary

Natasha (played by Yancy Butler) is young and wealthy, and this time she specifically comes to New Orleans to search for her long lost retired father. However, as soon as she entered the city, she was robbed, and unemployed sailor Zans (played by Jean Claude Van Damme) bravely helped her take away the bandits. Natasha saw that Zans had a strong sense of justice, so she hired him to find her father for herself, and Zans gladly agreed to save enough money to go back to sea. Soon, the police found Natasha's father who was burnt by the fire. Sensible Zans felt that the situation was not simple. He carefully searched the scene and finally discovered the soldier card of Natasha's father, who had been shot through by an arrow, thus confirming that Natasha's father had been shot. Zans and Natasha discovered through investigation that there was a group of thugs in New Orleans who specifically sought out some helpless veterans and had the wealthy hunt them down like animals. Zans and Natasha are determined to bring this group of ruthless thugs to justice!
