Plot Summary

On the day of the opening of the Toei Line subway in Tokyo, a bomb attack targeting Tokyo Governor Yuichiro Asakura broke out, causing damage to the Toei Line trains. After some deduction, Conan (voiced by Takayama Takahashi) and others concluded that this was related to the construction of the Kitazawa Dam, which Asakura was in charge of eight years ago. In order to build the dam, Chaocang mobilized the people of Beizhize Village to move into the new village, but there were still many people who resisted until the final stage.
