Plot Summary

In the 1940s, former boxing champion Mickey Cohen (played by Sean Penn) was the most powerful gang boss in Los Angeles. He operated prostitution, gambling, and other activities while bribing Los Angeles police and judges, committing crimes in Los Angeles and dominating the gang. Los Angeles police officer John O Mara (played by Josh Brolin) hates evil and has never been afraid of Micky. He just destroyed one of his prostitution dens. This time, Los Angeles Sheriff Bill Parker decided to engage in a decisive battle against Micky. He asked John to organize a secret team with the goal of eliminating Micky.
