Description
Plot Summary
The film tells the story of a master and disciple on their journey westward. The White Bone Demon (played by Gong Li) sets a trap to capture Tang Monk (played by Feng Shaofeng), but is repeatedly defeated by Sun Wukong (played by Aaron Kwok). Tang Monk misunderstood Sun Wukong for indiscriminately killing innocent people and expelled him from his sect. The White Bone Spirit took advantage of the situation and kidnapped Tang Monk. Upon hearing the news, Wukong went to the rescue and completely defeated the White Bone Demon. Master and disciple reconcile their past grievances and embark on a new journey.
