Description
Plot Summary
The story takes place in 2045, where virtual reality technology has permeated every corner of human life. James Halliday (played by Mark Rylance) built a virtual reality game world called "Oasis" by himself. Before his death, he announced that he had set an Easter egg in the game, and whoever found it would become the heir of the Oasis. To find this Easter egg, you must first obtain three keys, and the clues to finding the keys are hidden in James' past. Wade (Tye Sheridan), Ash (Lena Waithe), Daito (Fumi Morizaki), and Xiu (Masamune Zhao) are friends in the game, and together with Artemis (Olivia Cooke), they embark on a journey to find Easter eggs. What they are going to fight against is a big capitalist named Nolan Sorento (played by Ben Mendelsohn).
