Description
Plot Summary
In 2014, the best American drama musical film, "The Longest Week," stars Billy Crudup as Sam (played by Billy Crudup), a successful advertising company president who tragically takes the life of his son Josh (played by Miles Heizer). This sudden blow leaves Sam in despair, as he gives up everything he has and hides in his sailboat, living a daily life of alcoholism. By chance, Sam accidentally discovered several songs written by Josh before his death, which made Sam feel like he was transported back to the beautiful era when father and son were both obsessed with music. Sam decided to let Josh's life continue in music. He learned the songs his son created and played and sang them himself in the bar. Sam's sincere singing attracted a young man named Quentin (played by Anton Yelchin), and the two immediately formed a band to perform songs composed by Josh.
