Plot Summary

In Beirut, Lebanon, Lieutenant Frank Zorben (Leslie Nielsen), a white headed detective who falls from the sky, beats up a group of Arab extremists who conspire to undermine the stability and unity of the United States. However, Frank, who returns to Los Angeles, does not receive any commendation because new cases await him: his colleague Nordberg is seriously injured while investigating a drug trafficking case, and during Queen Elizabeth's visit to Los Angeles, Frank, who is tasked with defending the queen, can only find time to investigate the Nordberg attack. During a visit to Vincent (Ricardo Montalban), the head of the Queen's Reception Committee and a businessman and member of parliament, Frank keenly senses his connection to the drug trafficking case, while Vincent hints at his beautiful assistant Jane Spencer (Priscilla Presley, Priscilla Presley) Approach Frank in order to obtain first-hand information from the police.
