Description

Plot Summary

In 1939, under the rule of Nazi Germany, the SS isolated Jews in Poland. German businessman Oskar Schindler (played by Liam Neeson) arrived in Krakow under German rule and opened an enamel factory to produce military supplies. With outstanding social skills and a large amount of money, Schindler established a good relationship with the German army. His factory employed Jewish workers and made a fortune from the war. In 1943, the Jewish people in Krakow suffered a horrific massacre. Schindler witnessed it and was greatly shocked. He bribed military officers to make his factory a labor camp attached to a concentration camp. During those days of insane slaughter, his factory also became a refuge for the Jewish people. In 1944, on the eve of Germany's defeat, the massacre of Jews became even more insane. Schindler issued a list of 1200 people to German officers and bought the lives of these Jews at all costs. In those dark years, saving one person is saving the whole world.
