Description
Plot Summary
Brock (played by Russell Crowe) is not only an outdated boxer, but also the father of three children. When his boxing career declined, it was followed by financial difficulties and a family situation where he couldn't make ends meet. Fortunately, there is a virtuous and beautiful wife named Mei (played by Ren é e Zellweger) who understands and supports the family. She never complains and works hard to manage the household, ensuring that the family is not completely lifeless. Brock put down his pride and queued up to receive relief funds, but he couldn't stop the approaching harsh winter, with food shortages at home and urgent survival issues. Brock finally decided to return to the boxing ring, which was the only way he could save his family. His comeback attracted public attention and became a civilian hero in people's hearts. He bravely punched in the competition, for the dignity of men and the survival of his family.
