Plot Summary

The story of the Monster Prince and the Dinosaur Princess continues. Shrek originally thought he could live a carefree life with Fiona in the swamp, but little did he know that Fiona's father, the king of the "Distant Kingdom" who had turned into a frog, was seriously ill. Shrek and Fiona had to give up their freedom and inherit the kingdom. For Shrek, 'misfortune never comes alone': Fiona is pregnant, indicating that he is not prepared to become a father. Because he didn't want to inherit the kingdom, and also because of the soon to be born little monster, Shrek, along with the talkative donkey and the cat in boots, went to find Fiona's distant cousin Artie.
