Plot Summary
Like many young Americans, Sherry (played by Katherine Waterston) has to earn tuition fees through her own labor. During a job, beautiful Sherry was actually kissed by her employer, Bertrand (played by John Leguizamo). In order to comfort and compensate Sherry, Bertrand gave her more compensation, and from this, the shrewd Sherry saw a business opportunity. In order to gain more benefits, Sherry started an unethical relationship with her employer. Not only that, she also encouraged classmates and partners who also had the same intention to "enter the industry" and relied on matchmaking to collect commissions. And just as Sherry's "career" was thriving, trouble unexpectedly arrived. The boy whom Sherry secretly admired discovered Sherry's secret and despised it. At the same time, Sherry's "employees" gradually broke free from the control of this employer and began to take on work privately. Standing at the intersection of morality and interests, what choices would Sherry make?
