Plot Summary

The story of the film takes place in Bolivia, Central America, where the two protagonists of "The Tiger and the Leopard" ultimately died. Sam Shepard plays American man Jack Blackthorn, who makes a living by raising horses. Feeling that his death is not far away, he is determined to return to the United States. On the way, Jack meets the fugitive played by Eduardo Noriega, and the two gradually establish an extraordinary friendship. This film can be regarded as a sequel to "The Tiger and the Leopard" and is a rare Western theme in Spanish cinema. It is co starring American actor Sam Sharpe and Spanish handsome Edward Donoliga. The Western theme is actually a moral theme, where characters face simple and pure choices of life and death, or freedom, promise, loyalty, courage, justice, and even love, "said director Matteo Gil." The decisions they make are not only full of dramatic effects, but also have educational significance. Jill is the scriptwriting partner of famous director Alexandra Amanba, and has written works such as "Open Your Eyes", "Deep Sea Sleep", "City Square", etc. His directorial debut in 1999, "Rebirth of the Demons," also starred Noriega and was nominated for Goya Special Effects. He also released a TV movie called "The Devil" in 2005, with "Black Thorn" being his third feature film.
