Description
Plot Summary
Walter (played by Mel Gibson) was once a successful toy company president, but the financial crisis not only brought him to the brink of bankruptcy, but also caused him to suffer from depression. The negative energy infected every family member, and his wife Meredith (played by Jodie Foster) had no choice but to let him move out. Walter, who was feeling depressed, started buying Drunken Days. Just after an attempted suicide, he discovered that he was wearing a beaver plush toy in his hand, which began to chatter incessantly with him. In the process of playing with beavers, Walter gradually regained the courage to live, but it seemed that he could no longer rely on beavers. His wife was both happy and worried about his recovery, but helpless. Is Walter the real puppet manipulated by beavers, and how can he return to a normal life?
