Plot Summary

In a southern Italian city, the city's development is slow and lagging behind. Due to historical reasons, issues such as migrant population, unemployment, racial conflicts, Nazi groups, gang crime, and political corruption are particularly prominent here. As riot police officers of the state apparatus, their role is particularly important. These seemingly emotionless men walk through every corner of the city, quelling the potential flames of war, but are hated by everyone. Coppola (played by Piefrancesco Favino), Negro (played by Filippo Nigro), Masinga (played by Marco Giallini), and rookie Andrea (played by Domenico Diele) are members of the riot police force.
