Plot Summary

The film is adapted from the novel "The Perfect Suspect" by Richard, the "King of British Thriller Novels". Six bullets, five deaths, mysterious gunman caused a tragedy in the bustling city, plunging the entire city into panic. All the evidence points to former army sniper James Barr (played by Joseph Sikora). But he insists on his innocence and demands that his old acquaintance Jack Richardson (played by Tom Cruise) be brought in. The two have served in the military together. As Jack's investigation deepened, he discovered a bigger mystery. The real culprit behind this tragedy seemed to be someone else, and the mastermind behind the scenes with ulterior motives captured Bar, leaving Jack alone to uncover the truth. One of the six bullets that leaked was intentionally emptied by the assassin. In order to understand the job of a sniper, Jack went to the sniper training camp and found a coach named Samuel Cash (played by Robert Duvall). With the help of Kash, Bal's sister, and the lawyer, Jack gradually walked into the center of the event, and a secret about the Soviet reform camp and the Russian mafia slowly surfaced
