Plot Summary

Baijin girl Wen Jiajia (played by Tang Wei) used to be an editor for a food magazine, filled with romantic fantasies about love like the movie "Sleepless in Seattle". In reality, in order to grant her child American citizenship, she traveled thousands of miles alone to a confinement center in Seattle to give birth to a child. At the confinement center, Wen Jiajia's flaunting of wealth sparked resentment from the landlord (played by Jin Yanling) and other pregnant women Zhou Yi (played by Hai Qing) and Chen Yue (played by Mai Hongmei). Feeling lonely, she could only confide her feelings to the driver Hao Zhi Frank (played by Wu Xiubo). And the seemingly dull and honest 'down and out uncle' Frank is not a mediocre man.
