Plot Summary

Young police officer Nick Cruz (played by Ryan Reynolds) pondered for a long time and refused to embezzle the stolen gold from drug dealers with his partner Bobby Hayes (played by Kevin Bacon). As a result, he was killed by the other party during an operation. After his death, Nick came to another world and was employed by the underworld police (R.I.P.D), whose main task was to hunt down dead ghosts who refused to accept afterlife trials and relied on disguises to linger in the human world. His partner is Roy Powell (played by Jeff Bridges), an old man who died in the late 19th century. Roy has a rough and independent style, and these two partners with huge differences in personality and style stumble and take action. Nick discovered during the operation that the dead ghosts had intricate connections with Hayes, and behind the various mysteries lay a great conspiracy that could determine the fate of the world. Time is running out, Nick and Roy must do their best to stop that conspiracy that spans the sky
