Plot Summary
In the crisis ridden investment world, Jordan Belfort (played by Leonardo DiCaprio), in charge of the Stratton Oakmont company, lives a luxurious life and is powerful. In 1987, at the age of 22, Jordan joined Rothschild Company and started as an operator. Under the guidance of senior broker Mark (Matthew McConaughey), he entered the world of stockbrokers filled with drugs and desires. Half a year later, on "Black Monday," Jordan switched to a small company that sold "penny stocks." With his eloquence, he achieved success and set up a new business with his neighbor Donnie (Jonah Hill) and a group of friends. He wandered in the gray area and made a lot of profits, earning the nickname "The Wolf of Wall Street." However, the FBI had already begun to pay attention to him... This film is adapted from the autobiography "The Wolf of Wall Street" by former Wall Street stockbroker Jordan Belfort.
