Plot Summary

During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, the ancient empire was dying, and the the Pearl River Estuary in Guangzhou, an important trading port, was bathed in the final prosperity and bloody fighting. The Black Tiger Gang and the Beihai Gang on the dock are committing crimes and constantly killing and attacking, while the lower level laborers are suffering from bullying and are in constant danger.
