Description
Plot Summary
In a southern city, Captain Liu (played by Liao Fan) of the Serious Crime Squad offers a heavy reward for fugitive Zhou Zenong (played by Hu Ge). Accompanying swimmer Liu Aiai (played by Gui Lunmei), Zhou Zenong's former friend Hua Hua (played by Qi Dao), and his wife Yang Shujun (played by Wan Qian) whom they haven't seen in five years, all have their own concerns and are caught up in the vortex of crime and punishment. How should this special 'gathering' end with adventure and love, humanity and redemption? There is a way between good and evil. Chinese director Diao Yinan won the Golden Bear Award for Best Film at the 64th Berlin International Film Festival for his previous work "White Day Fireworks", and was nominated for the main competition at the 72nd Cannes International Film Festival for this film
