Plot Summary

Black police officer Harrison Regis is a senior police officer in Washington, specializing in handling major cases. The murder case code named 1600 that he took over this time involves state secrets: a young woman serving in the White House was murdered inside the White House. After investigating to a certain extent, he found that the complexity inside was far beyond his imagination.
