Description
Plot Summary
The film is presented in the form of a diary. The idle young man Michelle (played by Martin LaSalle) witnessed the entire process of a thief stealing at a racetrack. He was attracted by the thief's confident and elegant techniques and immediately joined the theft. Michelle, who loves reading and adheres to the philosophy of nihilism, firmly believes that theft is a ballet of fingers, and a perfect theft is like a wonderful performance art. Michelle has a long lost and seriously ill mother. While visiting, she meets her neighbor Jenny (played by Marika Green) who has been taking care of her mother. The beautiful Jenny awakens the long dormant feelings in Michelle's heart. Michelle was being watched by the police. Although the sheriff repeatedly gave him opportunities to reform, Michelle remained addicted to his "art" and could not extricate herself. Soon, Michelle was arrested. Jenny came to visit Michelle in prison and revealed her true feelings to him. Michelle suddenly realized in tears that when there are still loved ones in life, life is not empty.
